SUNDIPPED

Life begins at 8:30 

That’s what the title of the article in this month’s Vanity Fair was highlighting the hottest new elite club in London, Loulou’s in Paris. After pouring some Yorkshire Gold English breakfast tea rom a coffee pot from the Claridge Bellman hotel in Paris, I decided to read about the hottest club in style with a fresh breakfast including the fresh apricot conserve Moni (Monica) brought us from her lovely orchards at home. Among the leaf blowers in my yard & teenage sister bickering, I found a composed peace in my morning—

I couldn’t put my finger on my taste buds this morning, so I came up with a breakfast spread of tea, a pink lady apple with peanut butter, & greek yogurt topped with the fresh compote & flax seeds sprinkled atop
